Hi,
I need to allow users to post only in one category.
I have found an answer at this thread and use the code, but it is not working.
https://buddydev.com/support/forums/topic/buddyblog-allow-user-to-select-only-one-category-when-posting/#post-23556
I suppose is not compatible with BuddyBoss Theme and BuddyBoss Platform.
Could you please tell me if you have another code that is compatible with BuddyBoss Theme and BuddyBoss Platform?Thank you
Hi Niculae,
Thank you for the question. No, That won’t work with BuddyBlog pro. There should be an easy option for it in BuddyBlog pro.
Please allow me to push an update within next 2 days to make it available as the taxonomy options.

BrajeshThank you Tosin,
We will have a release within next 24 hours with this functionality.Regards
BrajeshHi Niculae and Tosin,
I have added the support for enforcing single term selection with post.
You can edit a form and under Taxonomy settings, you will find the “View” option.
Please give it a try.

BrajeshHi,
Perfect.
That’s exactly what I need.Thank you
Oops, a little problem.
There is no warning if Category is Required and the user does not select any.
The article is published in uncategorized.
Could you please fix it.
Thank youHi Niculae,
thank you.
You are right. There was a bug. It was not enforcing the taxonomy even if it was required. It is fixed in 1.2.4.Regards
BrajeshHi,
Ok.
I will wait for v1.2.4.
Thank youPlease upgrade. It is already available.
Let me know if it works as expected or not?
Regards
Brajesh
