Hi;
I’m using your plugin on a website written in Spanish. I had changed all the slugs from the rest of the pages without a problem, but when I try to change the BuddyPress Profile tab slug from the original “shop” to any other one… the page becomes inaccessible.
It is a bug or I’m forgetting something? How can we fix that?
Thank you in advance
Hi Alex,
Welcome to BuddyDev.If you are changing the slug for shop, Please make sure that every sub tab where shop is set as parent tab, you are changing the slug for the parent tab to the new slug too.
Please give it a try.

BrajeshHi Brajesh;
And thank you for your reply.
But no, it didn’t work. I already tried it, and I just checked it again.
I can access to all the sub tabs (including the new slugs) if I type the url directly, but if I click the main tab or write the url with the new slug the page appears blank (just the header and the footer).
For example:
I can access to https://mysite.com/members/myuser/shop/orders
but not to https://mysite.com/members/myuser/shopIt also happens that if I enable the cart and checkout pages of BuddyCommerce, all the links to cart and checkout redirect to the Budypress profile, even if I have disabled the redirection on BuddyCommerce settings.
It is very strange.
I wish you could help me. The rest of the plugin is perfect for what I need.
Thank you in advance.
Hi again;
I’ll add another problem I found to the plugin… When I access to another person’s profile, I can see the buddycommerce tab, but the information on it is mine.
I don’t need to see other person’s information, but it has no sense to see my information inside another person’s profile.
How can I solve that?
I’ll wait for your answer for this question and the previous one.
Thank you in advance.
Hi Alex19,
Thank you for the reply.These are configuration issues. You need to make sure tabs are only visible to profile owner.
If you are comfortable sharing admin access, Please do and I will update the settings fro you.

BrajeshHi Brajesh;
I prefer not… where I could find this configuration options to change them.
I also observed that I can only see these tabs when I’m logged with an administrator account, not with another one.
With these changes we’ll solve the two problems (“shop” slug change and tabs only visible to profile owner)?
Thank you
Hi,
These settings are available on “Dashboard->settings->BuddyCommerce”. Since you will not be able to provide us access, Please create a video or screnshot(s) showing settings for all the setting tabs. I may get a better idea on the problem then.Thank you
BrajeshI too after translating my site to french, the shop page goes to a “page not found”
Any way to resolve this?
Hi Mario,
Please link me to screenshots showing the BuddyCommerce settings.Thank you
