Salutations Ravi
Sorry about the couple of days to get back to you.The plug works great limiting all functions of activity plus
with buddypress. ! ! The message works great too ! !But there is a problem with setting the number of
posts in a time frame ?The longer the period of time ,– the higher the number of
posts must be or it will stop all posting. For example , –to get it to work in a 24 hour period ” 1440
minutes. ” the number of posts had to be set at — 60. Less
than that and it will default to restricting posting. It will only work at 1 to 10 posts if it is set at 1 hour.
Tried clearing the browser cache and cookies.
———does this on firefox and chromeThank you for everything that your doing Ravi

Hi,
Thank you for the reply. That would be a very strange behaviour. Can you please re-check it one more time? The plugin in question(rate limiter) has been working for years and it would be a strange deviation at this time.
Thank you
BrajeshHi Ravi —- Brajesh
I tried it again,– Set it for 24 hours at 10 posts. It
worked Ok ! — identified the user on a different
browser , ip , and cookie.— I guess it became corrupted when
I changed the settings many times to test itDo you mind if I ask you. Suppose it was used on
a big site with a thousand logins. How does it store
post count on each individual user ? Does it add a
timestamp for the user in the server database ?
or Ram ?I don’t want to break it with a database or
ram cleaner.Thank You
