[Resolved] BuddyPress Auto Activate Auto Login issues

    We use buddyboss and would like to deactivate the activation link. We installed this plugin but unfortuntately people still need to verify their account.
    How do we fix this?

    Hello Naomi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I have checked the plugin with BuddyBoss and it is working fine. Please let me know if there is any chance you are using a registration form different from BuddyPress.

    I have checked the plugin of version Auto Activate Auto Login 1.5.8 with BuddyBoss 2.6.60

    Can you please confirm that you have enabled the auto activation settings? Also, which version of BuddyBoss are you using?

    Hello!

    We use Buddyboss 2.6.60
    And Pro 2.5.70

    Enable Activation email? is set to no
    Disable Auto Login? is set to no

    So the settings should be correct, yes?

    Hello Naomi,

    //The profile type is not connected properly.

    I have checked it with or without the “Auto Activate Auto Login” plugin and With the plugin in active state it is behaving as same as BuddyBoss’s default behaviour.

    Please share a screenshot of the linking issue so I can help you further.

    We still need to activate the members even thoough the settings are correct. How to fix this?!

    Thank you for the acknowledgement. Please share your site health info in order to debug further. You can get this info in the backend > Tools > Site Health > Info tab. Click “Copy site info to clipboard” and paste it here in the reply box.
