We’ve run into an issue after installing BuddyPress Featured Members.

So far, we’ve only activated the plugin and marked a few members as featured. We haven’t added the widget or shortcode anywhere yet.

The problem is that some users no longer see their own badges (from BuddyPress User Badges).

What happens is:
• When a user is set as a featured member, their badges disappear from their own profile view.
• When the user is unmarked as featured, the badges immediately come back.
• This does not affect all users.
• As an admin, I can still see the user’s badges.
• The affected user can see badges on other members, including those marked as featured.
• The issue only seems to be that the user cannot see their own badges while they are a featured member.

The affected user has two badges:
• one role-based badge
• one badge based on BuddyPress member type

Do you have any idea what might cause this, or if there could be a conflict between Featured Members and User Badges?
