Hello,
This plugin is great! But I think, it needs a small customizing for translation. I’m using WPML for translation, but the Widget-Title doesn’t show the translation.
All other Widgets from other plugins, are working fine with translation. Only “Buddypress Featured Members” have this issue.
It would be great if you could optimize that.
I saw another thread in this forum, that the issue has been resolved, but at this time it doesn’t work for me.
Kind regards
Hi,
My apologies for the inconvenience. Can you please post me a screenshot showing how the widget translation is happening on wpml. we have made the title translatable using the po/mo. That should have worked.
If you can provide me any help, I will be very happy to add it quickly.
Thank you
BrajeshHello,
attached you will find a screenshot of the String Translation, where I can set the translations. But I don’t know if this will help you :-).

I wrote the issue also direct to the WPML-Support. When I have an answer, I will write it to you here.
Kind regards
Thank you.
If you get any reply, Please do let me know. In the meantime, since we have a release today, I will test it with normal po/mo translation to make sure it is working.
Hello,
at this time I get a feedback, why the Widget-Title won’t get translated.
The Plugin is missing an “apply_filters” in the Widget-Title:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-widgets/WPML will do some tests and get a feedback to me, right soon.
Kind regards
WPML posted the following suggestion:

Unser Compatibility-Team kontaktiert Plugin-Author..
Our Compatibility Team Contact Plugin Author ..
..and could give more precise hints which code changes make the plugin fully “WPML compatible”. Or something could be added in our “Buddypress-Multilingual” plug-in. Very good solution, but often takes a few weeks.https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/go-global-program/
—What is the best solution for you? Make your Plugin full compatible with WPML or that WPML add some extra codes to their plugin “Buddypress-Multilingual”?
Kind regards
Thank you.
That makes sense.
I have also applied for their go global program and hope to provide better compatibility for all of our plugins in future. Please check if the update has fixed it.
Thank you
Brajesh
