    Hi Brajesh,
I have a problem with the mentioned plugin.
When installed, the setting menu returns an empty page (settings>member types).
It is not connected with the theme.
Are there any known plugin compatibility issue?
I would you advise me to proceed?
    thanks in advance

    Hi Prangesco,
My apologies for the inconvenience. It might have some issue with our settings framework.

Are you using any older plugin from us?

Also, if possible, Can you please post me the error message.

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi Brajesh,
    No error code.
Looking more coesely it is again the browser.
This is the only warning I get (18 times) when inspecting the temporary session console while looking at WP backend

options-general.php?page=bpmtp-admin:6 Active resource loading counts reached to a per-frame limit while the tab is in background. Network requests will be delayed until a previous loading finishes, or the tab is foregrounded. See https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5527160148197376 for more details

Any idea about how to address it?
p.s. no other plugin of yours that hasn’t been downloaded from your repository
    thanks

    UPdate:
It’s not a browser thing. I tried with firefox as well and same result. Empty page Setting>member type page.

Then I deactivated all other plugins but BUddypress and BP member type pro: still no luck
    Thanks in advance

    Hi Prangesco,
I am sorry but I haven’t seen this issue with Member Types pro earlier.

Are you on multisite ? Is the plugin network active? what is the PHP version?

Is there a possibility that you can check the error log and post me? I am not sure what could cause it as I haven’t seen it earlier.

Please let me know as much details as possible and I will be assisting.

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi Prangesco,
    Thank you.

I have checked it and I can see the issue.

Since you have no member type created, the settings panel is not showing anything. Please visit Users->member Types and create some member type s and then visit this page again.

We added this page later for mapping role to member type transition and it seems we should have shown a message with guideline there.

I am sorry it has wasted your time because of it. I will update this plugin and make the message more clear.

    Please check it.

About BuddyDev dashboard:- I see that you have already updated your credentials there. Do you need any assistance with it too?

    Regards
    Brajesh
