Hi there, from the documentation I can see that this plugin can associate one or more WordPress roles to a member type when registering.

Just to clarify, this mean that members signing up as one member type can have eg. subscriber role associated, and another
    member type signing up participant?

    Regards
    Carsten

    Hi Carsten,
    Thank you for asking.
yes, That is exactly how it works.

You can setup member type to role mapping and if a user selects a member type, they get assigned that associated role.

Hi Brajesh, what about user role permissions, basically what I need are two user roles with same permissions as the subscriber role.

Is it possible to create two identical user roles, like subscriber 1 and subscriber 2?

    Regards
    Carsten

    Hi Carsten,
Is there any specific reason for having 2 identical roles? Can’t the two type of user use two different member type but have same role?

If you need to create custom role, you will need a plugin like User Roe Editor.

    Regards
    Brajesh
