    Hello
    There is a “follow” plugin for Buddypress.

    But this plugin is very old.

    Can’t buddydev.com team make Buddypress follow plugin for this?

    Thank you for the suggestion.
    we have it on our release plan.

    We have already re-written it partially and hoping to make a release announcement sometimes around our upcoming theme.

    No. It is not publicly available yest. Let me consult with my team and get back to you tomorrow. We may bring it earlier instead of waiting for out theme.

    Hi,
    My apology for the delayed reply.
    At the moment, we have decided to not push its release and instead wait for our theme first.

    I will suggest using the latest version of the Followers plugin from github(by ray) till then.

    Hi,
    Thank you for the reply.

    1. We are expecting atleast 12-16 weeks from now.

    2. No, the plugin will be free. The theme is paid. By releasing it around our theme, we are able to put much more effort as we want our theme to be compatible and offer support for it. By releasing it early, the time we spend on supporting it for other theme will delay our own theme. That’s why.
