    Hello Brajesh,

    I’ve installed the (BuddyPress User Profile Visibility Manager) plugin on the live site it’s not working there but on my local system, it’s working fine.

    How can I debug this issue?

    Hi Jose,

    Please share me the list of active plugins and theme.
    Also, have you configured the BuddyPress Profile Visibility plugin on live site? Do you see the settings on user profile? which of the features have you tried that did not work(directory visibility, profile access …)?

    Please let me know and I will assit.

    Hi Jose,
    Please login(or switch) as a normal user. The admin have access to all the restricted profiles. It stops normal users from the access.

    Please let me know if I am mistaken in understanding the issue.
