    Is there a simple way or option to change colours of text or backgrounds?

    Thank you for posting. Please elaborate on your requirement. It is not making me clear on your issue i.e. Which colour of the text you are talking about?.

    Drop down menu screan, such as the section menu for Member Activities.

    Hi,
    I am sorry, there are no dropdown menu in the default BuddyPress template pack. You are most probably using a custom theme or plugin that modifies this behaviour.

    Please contact the relevant developer for assistance.
