Critical error when I Customize Community Pro Theme

    I use the Community Builder Pro theme, and after a recent update my menu doesn’t look right. The spacing is off, the background partially disappeared, etc. When I click “Customize” on for the theme it triggers a critical error and I cannot access it. This happens with the main theme as well as the child theme. Can you help? The site is: https://speedupmysearch.com

    Hi Paul,
    I am sorry for the issue.

    1. Are you using the latest version of community Builder pro?
    2. Are you using BP classic plugin? Is it active? If not, Please activate this.

    I added that plugin and activated it. Cleared the cache. Made sure I’m running the latest version of community builder pro., and still get a critical error. Also, none of the shortcodes on my site are showing up either. I have multiple sections of shortcode features, but they are all missing from the site. I used to have a list of jobs on my home page, and while the shortcode is still there, the list of jobs are not. It’s just blank.

    I am sorry, activating should have it fixed.

    Can you please provide me the error log. I can look into it quickly and have a better idea what is happening there.
