Excellent, thank you for letting me know! I looking forward to hearing back from you when you’ve had a chance to login and find out what the issue is.
PaulHi Paul,
Thank you for your patience. The issue with nav menu is caused by PMPro. Please check the red box in the screenshot showing the conflicting css. They should not use such code to affect something outside their won scope.
Similarly, the button issue on the live site is a conflict between kadence and PMPro. Please resolve these conflict and It will work. You can test by temporarily disabling their css to see if it works or not(please make sure to clear the cache).
Regards
BrajeshThank you Brajesh, I found that PMPro did add a new section in their settings that affects the design and I turned it off, then the menu items worked and the buttons look normal again. However, I still cannot get anything in the shortcode boxes to show up. I have a job board that won’t display and lots of additional tools and exercises that are just blank spaces. Would the PMPro css do that too? I don’t know how to “disable their css” to test it. I tried putting shortcodes in text boxes, classic boxes, and anything else I could think of, including shortcode boxes, but they just don’t show up. Does the theme not accept shortcodes?
Nevermind Brajesh, I just turned on each plugin one by one until I found the conflict and got it fixed! Thank you for your help. I greatly appreciate your time and attention to help me out.
Hi Paul,
Thank you for your patience with us.
I am glad you were able to find the conflicting plugin and resolve it.
For the sake of notes, The theme does not modify any shortcode.Would love to know what was causing it if you are comfortable sharing it.
Regards
Brajesh
