Hi there,
Our client is reporting problems recently when members try to edit posts on the frontend. On the author’s page (i.e. /members/membername/buddyblog/) there was an “Edit Post” button at the bottom of each post that would link to “/edit-post/?pid=1234”, where 1234 is the post ID. This always used to link to a page where the post could be edited on the frontend. But recently this has just linked to a page with a notification that says “Please re-open the post”.
Is there a different URL that we should be linking to for frontend editing?
Thanks,
Brendon
Hi Brendon,
Welcome to BuddyDev support forums. Is your client using BuddyBlog or BuddyBlog Pro?
Also, are you using BuddyPress or BuddyBoss?
Please share the details and I will assist.
