    “An error occurred while updating BuddyPress Group Tabs Creator Pro: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

    Do you have any suggestions of what I can do to fix this?

    I am sorry for the issue.

    have you configured BuddyDev API keys using BuddyDev dashboard plugin?

    That was the problem. I recently rebuilt my site and forgot to reactivate my license. Sorry for the trouble.
