[Resolved] Feature Member not appearing in widget

    I am using woffice theme and wanted to create a tab that feature “staff members”. I created the user “staff” but selected it in the widget. However, the staff members doesn’t appear and it is flagged out that ” sorry no members found”. I only installed the featured member plugin. Do I need to install the member by type plugin too and create users under that?

    Currently i created members by type in the buddypress by member feature. I didn’t install member by type plugin, so i was wondering if that is what that caused the error

    ok I solved this. So you have to install both plugins- Member type and featured members.

    Thank you for the acknowledgment. I am glad that the issue is resolved.

    FYI: With the Featured Members plugin you do not need the Member Type plugin you can mark any member as featured from the member’s directory or single-member screen.
