field sets User Profile Tabs Creator Pro

    Hello,

    I use Buddyboss. In the profile tab I don’t want the signup field sets (name, last name, nickname) to be shown, only the other field sets that I had created (option for customers to embed URL, add website etc). I thought the only solution was to buy BuddyPress User Profile Tabs Creator Pro, add a new tab and put the ones I want in there and then hide the profile tab. However, I just created a new tab and now I don’t see an option to add field sets. How can I do that?

    Thank you for purchasing from us.

    I do not think that Profile Tabs creator is of much use in this case. It will allow you add tabs and use shortcodes inside it. We have shortcodes for displaying profile field data, proifle group data but I am not aware of any BuddyBoss shortcode that allows entering data for profile fields.

    I believe, You will need Profile Data control plugin to control the visibility

    That seems like the correct approach for this specific use case instead of Profile tabs Creator pro. We can assist changing your subscription from Profile Tabs pro t this one if you would like to give it a try. Please let me know if we should go with that?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately this doesn’t do much more than BuddyBoss itself. It’s only possible to hide the last name, which BuddyBoss also provides. I would like to stop the subscriptions and receive a refund, but I can’t see the option. Is it possible to do it from your end?

    The plugin goes way beyond the basic hiding of the profile data but I understand it may not be suitable for your use case.
