[Resolved] Hidden Group/BB Press Forum Activity Posted

    Hello,

    I noticed today when testing hidden/private groups, that the activity is posted on the community activity page and is also showing up on the “latest topics” widget. Is this normal behavior?

    I would think that a private/hidden groups activity would be hidden from users who were not part of that group.

    Is there a way to fix this?

    Ok,

    I found the issue. I had to run the repair tool since my forums were an import to repair the relationship between buddypress and bbpress.

    I also ran the repair tool to repair hidden/private forums.

    I deleted the group I created, created a new one, made a test post and volia. Nothing was showing and it’s working as intended.
