Hello. We are running the latest version of Buddyboss. We installed and activated the plugin. We added additional profile fields. However, after the user goes through the registration process and provides the conditional parameters we set while testing the plugin, the user inputs do not display on the front end. Do you have any suggestions on how we might address this?

BrajeshHi, Brajesh. Thanks for getting back to me. I originally contacted Buddyboss about this. As you probably know, they are great. But they recommended I reach out to you to resolve this. Do you have any other suggestions? We like the idea of your plugin but it currently does not work for us.
Hi Bryon,
Thank you for the reply.is it about conditional fields plugin? Can you please let me know if it is related to one of our plugins?
I am sorry, I thought It was a general BuddyBoss issue/question.Regards
BrajeshHi Bryon,
Thank you.1. Are the user able to register?
2. Please visit Dashboard-> Users->Edit Profile(for the user) and check if the profile field data is shown there? Please share your findings.

BrajeshSharing some screenshots here to show you that we’ve implemented the plug-in on staging and tested but do not see the associated parameters displaying on the front end:

Thank you for the screenshot.1. You do not need conditional fields for applying limit by member type. BuddyBoss handles it as you have already scoped to the membertype(in right).
2. Also, BuddyBoss uses some post id for the member type/profile type and that won’t work with conditional field even if it was not scoped.
For your current use case, you should simply disable the conditional field plugin. BuddyBoss will handle the conditions on member type.
Regards
Brajesh
