    Hi Brajesh Singh!

I have an issue with the lost-password link.

When I disable Buddycommerce in my login form it redirects the link “forgot password” to: https://mydomain.com/my-account/lost-password and everything’s fine.
But, with Buddycommcerce activated, the same link goes to: “https://mydomain.com/members/mac/shop/lost-password and print an 404 error.

I have flushed the permalinks but didn’t fix it.

    What can I do?

    Best regards!

    Hi Mac,
I am sorry, It took us time to test.

I have tested it today and the Registration and Foget Password are working fine. We do not filter links if a user is not logged in. So, the My Account page remains there if the user is not logged in. We will only redirect for logged in users(if redirection is enabled).

I use WordPress 5.9.3 and WooCommerce 6.3.1 to test it. Are you using any cusotm code in combination with BuddyCommerce?

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi!

Yes, I have a customized user dashboard, maybe that was the problem. In these days, I have found a workaround with another options. 🙂

    Thank you a lot anyways!
