Hi,
I was testing the moderation tool. I have the settings with several categories and also category required. When I go to the categories drop down there is nothing there. So because it is set to required, the moderation cannot go through.
Can you help me trouble shoot this?

I am sorry for the trouble.Please visit Dashboard-> Moderation->categories and make sure the categories are “Active”.
Please let me know if they are already active.

It says it is active but there are no categories listed there. The categories are listed in the regular settings however. But this is for the activity feed. What category would that be?
For the categories otherwise, should I assume that the custom post types of Events, Business, jobs, classifieds, etc. are the ‘categories’ I would need to enter? However those would not show up on the news feed as categories, just listings or posts. And the moderation tool so far is only on the news feed.
Maybe I am not using this correctly?

Thank you for the reply.Please create categories here and make sure to set them active.
These categories allow you to separate the issues. For example:- It could be “Against Community Guidelines”, “Foul Language”, “Spam” etc..
They allow the reports to be filtered. These are different from site categories.Please create them and give it a try.
