    I’d like to change the color of the hyperlinked text, the background color, the text color, everything I can customize in the autogenerate email a user received when another user adds them as friend. how may i do that please?

    Hi Shelley,
    The email templates have inline style. I will suggest copying the wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-templates/bp-legacy/buddypress/assets/emails directory to yourtheme(or child theme)/emails directory and modify it.

    That seems to be the best option.
