Hi Brajesh,
I found a problem in User Tabs Creator Pro – when you make a tab for an existing tab and you check the Update Label? checkbox, even if you don’t change the name the counter for that tab disappears.
Messages 45 becomes Messages
And a suggestion based on a problem I’m having. I’m using GeoDirectory and their BuddyPress integration puts all custom post types as tabs under a Listings tab. I really want to be able to switch one of the subtabs to a top level tab. I tried setting up a tab with the subtab’s slug but it didn’t work. Is that something you could implement?
Thank you,
SamHi Sam,
Thank you for opening the topic.1. Updating the label:- That is expected as the plugin does not check for the value of the label. It checks for whether you have enabled overwriting using update label.
Count for existing tabs is an issue and I have been looking at this. BuddyPress does not store count as structured data, we may use regular expression to extract it is still in infancy. Yes, I do plan to experiment and see if we can make it work.
2. It can be done. Based on a few members suggestions, I have started working on how to provide dynamic url section(where the slug for displayed user is replaceable). I am adding it in our this month’s last update.
Thank you
BrajeshHi Sam,
Thank you.I just wanted to provide an update on this.
I will need another 2 days, It is a bit complicated with the feature set we are trying to push(removing nav, rewriting nav and a few other enhancements).
Sorry about that.
Brajesh
