[Resolved] Open question: member profile vs account

    Hi Brajesh,

    I am wondering whether you would already have a solution for this:

    The “base” fields group I use collects account information and not really profile information.
    It makes more sense for my users to edit this account information separately from their profile.

    Is there a way to hide this Base group from Profile and have it under Setting, say under an “Account” subnav or something like this?
    If not the whole Base group, then at least a few xprofile fields that should be editable or not, such as name, member type, etc.?

    Looking forward to any input.

    Hi Maelga,
    Thank you for asking. It is a little tricky and I was able to move all the profile editing/avatar uploading under account settings section for one of the members earlier( Steve had asked me about it).
