So I’m a little stuck. I’ve been tinkering trying to figure out what’s going on. I use media press through the socialV theme and have found that media uploaded to the activity page is orphaned but when uploading from the media tab in my profile it links to the album properly.

Thank you for posting. In MediaPress we consider media as orphaned if it is attached to an activity but the activity is not published. But if you are attaching media to a published activity it will show on the activity author profile under the gallery with the name “Wall photo Gallery” for images as attached media. Please check it.
