Problem with buddypress groups

    Hi,
    I bought the Community Builder Pro theme and installed it last Saturday (#48573 on wp 6.6.1). I tried it out, but some things don’t seem to work well. If I make a group, and I press the ‘manage’ tab in the group page, it sends me back to the group directory page. Also, I cannot join a group. After pressing the ‘join group’ button, I’m again sent back to the group directory page.
    All item lists should have a grid layout (with 3 in a row), but none of them are displayed correctly. Members or groups are listed in 1 column, where the message ‘Viewing 1 – 4 of 4 groups’ is displayed two times, with the lowest displayed behind the first item.
    I installed the MediaPress plugin and allowed a gallery to be created by members and groups. There is now a ‘gallery’ link in the profile menu, but it sends me to the 404 page.

    Hi Stijn,
    Thank you for purchasing Community Builder pro.

    Please install BuddyPress classic and activate it.
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-classic/

    After that, Please visit Dashboard->settings->BuddyPress->Options and make sure “BuddyPress Legacy” template pack is selected. Please save the settings and try again.

    That should make everything work.

    Hi Brajesh,

    Thank you for your answer. Some of the problems were indeed solved by installing the bp classic plug in. However, the members and groups are still displayed in columns instead of a grid. I think I tried every combination in the customize page…
    And another thing, when I activate your ‘BuddyPress Message Privacy’ plugin, wordpress crashes.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. This is for BuddyPress Message Privacy. Please let me know which version of the plugin you are using and share the error log for the crash report due to the plugin so that I can help. For theme related issue @sbrajesh sir will guide you.

    Hi,

    When can I expect an answer concerning the problem with grid display (see my question #53158)?

    The plugin ‘BP Message Privacy’ is version 1.2.8. I had to ask my provider for access to the error log. I will send it as soon as I get an answer.

    I am going through this theme this weekend and will be looking for the grid issue you have mentioned as well as some other change sit needs. Please expect an updated version of Community Builder on Monday.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your patience.

    I have released and update. Please upgrade to 2.2.0. It will resolve the issue with the member list/group list. The issue happened as BuddyPress started removing spaces from css class names in 14.0.

    Please let me know if you face any other issue.
