Problem with mediapress

    Hello, guys, i am getting the problem in mediapress media upload in iPhone.
    but the demo site seems ok, I have installed the latest version

    Hi,
    As you already discovered the problem is the placement of shim.

    It is not an issue with MediaPress(We fixed it in 1.3.6). Most probably one of your plugin or the theme is doing something with either plupload or WordPress uploader leading to this.

    Also, the demo site is using 1.4.0( stable version, that we released in the morning today).

    As you have discovered that the problem is not happening on the demo site, please check by either disabling the plugins or changing theme.

    Once you find the conflict, please do let me know as well as report to the relevant developer.

    I have try everything but its look issue from the mediapress.
    I have change my user-agent to iphone from pc its give the same error.

    Can you please help me about this.

    can you reproduce it on our demo site?

    If yes, Please point me with a screenshot and I will be able to assist you.

    As far as I understand, I have fixed it in 1.3.6 (we re position the shim by refreshing uploader) and unless something else is causing problem, It will work properly.

    How do I generate it. I tried by setting iphone X as well as 6/7/8 and It did not throw any error for me.

    Hi Nabeel,
    From your screenshot, I see the error is thrown by mpp_setup_uploader_file_types().
    It is possible when the types are not available. Please allow me to troubleshoot it a bit more today.

    Please Try on safari browser in real time.

    I have tested in my phone its not working on safari browser but its work on chrome please have a look

    Hi Nabeel,
    Thank you. I installed the extension but I am still unable to reproduce it. I am on Ubuntu using chrome, so that could be one of the reason.

    From your screenshot, I can see the error message. I will need a day or two to investigate further. The worst case scenario, I will put a try catch their to avoid throwing the error if the type is set.

    I will need your help to test it though. will be getting in touch in next 1-2 days.
