    The Profile Completion plugin only works on new user registration. How can I get it to work on upgrades and downgrades or role changes?

    Can you please provide more details? The plugin should work fine on registration or update both.
    Are you using BuddyPress or BuddyBoss? Is condition across multiple field group? Can you share the steps to re-create the issue?
