[Resolved] Purchase Pending

    When I went to download the plugins I paid for it says purchase pending. I thought maybe that card that didn’t work the first time is holding it up and I should use a different card but if it’s going to go through then I don’t want to buy it twice. How long should I wait?

    Thank you for the mail and your interest in purchasing the membership.
    I am sorry for the experience.

    Once the payment goes to pending, it will never be charged. You can verify it from your PayPal, no payment should be deducted. This happens if the paypal transaction fails for some reason.

    Please give it another try(you will need to go through the steps again). Please let me know if you need further assistance.
