    Hi, I’m working on a buddypress that help people with disabilities. Is it possible to make shortcodes that will show admins who has gotten notifications? Our account managers often have to help users in answering message for other users due to their disabilities.

    Hi Kim,
    Thank you for the question.
    At the moment, there is no existing solution for this. You may use user switching plugin to switch as the user and assist them.
