I believe that at the moment, all featured members will show up on the front end where you put the shortcode to display it, right?

Is there a way (and if not, I’d like to suggest this) to show the featured members based on some search term, eg by location or by gender or occupation? Because otherwise, the way it currently is, doesn’t it mean a male surgeon in Location A could be featured across the site when someone is looking for a female hairdresser in Location B and would therefore be irrelevant to the search results.
