    Hi, I edited the buddyblog “slugs”. but when I go in the activities I keep seeing the slugs in the “myhost.it/community/?=pxxxx” way.

    ‘define(‘BUDDYBLOG_ARCHIVE_SLUG’, ‘articoli’ );
    define(‘BP_BUDDYBLOG_SLUG’, ‘blog’ );
    add_filter(‘buddyblog_use_slug_in_permalink’,’__return_true’);’

    there is a way to modify the slug within the activities and profile home page (community/member/user/front)
    I hope in the resolution. Hello!

    Hi Simone,
    Welcome to BuddyDev.

    The post permalink in activity is handled by BuddyPress and not BuddyBlog.

    I do not see nay filter in BuddyPress core to change this behaviour.

    Is there any functionality issue you are facing with this kind of permalink in the activity?

    Regards
    Brajesh

    hello and thank you for the quick response and especially that you have dedicated time to me. there is no problem from the activities and from the home, the links are redirected to those of buddyblog. was it just a possible seo problem? quite right? however only now I’m seeing the potential of these plugins and this community. thanks for all you do!

    Hi Simone,
    You are welcome.

    I don’t see any serious SEO issue.
    It may be a good idea to link to the permalink and we should most probably report and get it in BuddyPress core as an enhancement.

    Regards

    Ok I hope to help you from now on to improve your plugins!
    If it doesn’t create seo problems, better this way! certainly it would be better to link the new slug created also in the activities and in the home, hoping that the buddypress team will understand the possible problem.
    Hi and thanks again for the answers!
