Some questions about the MediaPress Rating Plugin

    Hello support,

    i have installed the rating plugin and some questions:

    1. Why does the plugin not work at the promoted LightBox option?
    2. What is

    .mpp-item-meta>span {
    padding-right: 5px;
    display: inline-block;
    }

    good for? I want to vote over clicking the stars not with this comples (1,2,3,4,5) option. I have deactivated it with display:none

    3. At the shortcode [mpp-list-media] gallery is no voting possible. I see only the stars and the results. Is the planned?
    4. Why can a voter not delete or change his voting?

    Sorry one last question:

    5. Can i change the stars to other icons. If i double the size do i have to change the size in the css too?

    Hello Benny,

    Sorry for the delayed reply. For rating, We have used the following plugin:

    https://github.com/gjunge/rateit.js

    it does provide a modify way to modify the icon and replace it with an SVG icon. But we haven’t tested it for that scenario if you like you can refer to the following resource for changing the image

    And by the way Ravi, could you please assist me with the .rateit button.rateit-reset ?

    Why is the button displayed as none in the css?

    Do you have a custom css code for me to activate this delete button?

    Hello Benny,

    Thank you for replying. This is not for installation. This library is used by the MediaPress Media Rating plugin to allow users to rate media. This needs customization I recommend hiring someone to make these customization for you.

    Okay, what can i do?

    Can i see the plugin in action to decide to install it?

    Is there an other rating plugin out there which can cooperate with Media Press?
