    Thank you for purchasing from us.
    Your subscriptions for all plugins except “BuddyPress Private Message Rate Limiter” has expired. That’s why they are failing to update.

    Hi Brajesh,

    Thank you for writing. I don’t believe I received any notification.

    I think I only need to update two plugins. How can I update without having to reload – I don’t want to lose the settings.

    Hi Kathy,
    I am sorry, we did not implement the expiry notification. Will do that in near future.

    There will be no loss of data or setting. all you need to do is buy those plugins again here and they will be available for automatic upgrade. There is no change needed to your server(same api keys work).
