I think it would be fantastic if Users could control what profile tabs they and others can see. This could be managed from their profiles.

As a user, I might only want friends to see my photos, videos, documents, etc. Anyone who isn’t a friend would only be able to see my activity feed tab. The user many not want non-logged in users to see anything about them except their profile photo and activity. Nothing else. OF COURSE ADMINS can see profile content in order to manage the site and keep it safe from spammers and preditors and others who would want to harm the site.

Some users don’t have documents or separate videos and might want to hide these tabs even from themselves to get rid of some of the clutter (especially on phones).

I don’t know if this could be added to Profile Tabs Creator or whether it would need to be a separate plugin.
