    hello,

    does the username plugin change the username & the members url?

    i have never seen this before.

    my username & my nickname is myusername but the members profile url page shows it as my-user-name.

    will your plugin let me change both the username & the members url?

    Hello Mikel,

    Thank you for posting. I have tried your username “myusername” and it is working for me. My profile url now “{site-user}/members/myusername”. It might be some other issue. Try after deactivating other plugins and custom code temporarily.

    I am assuming you are changin username using our “BuddyPress Username Changer” plugin.

    it turns out this problem only happens with existing wordpress users that did not sign up through buddypress/buddyboss in case anyone encounters a similar issue.

    Please feel free to use the plugin. That does allow you to change the username.

    Does the plugin work with BuddyBoss? I installed it in BuddyBoss, but can’t see it in a profile anywhere…

    If not, would it be possible to make it work in BuddyBoss?

    Hello Mark,

    Yes, it works with BuddyBoss as well. Please locate the screen to change username under Account Settings > Change Username
