    Okay, but is it hard to implement a badge as I described?

    The BuddyPress Featured Members plugin could show to each member an additional sign that is featured. Or do you think this idea isn’t it worth?

    Hi Thorsten,
    The marking of a user is very easy. The problem lies with showing the tick/badge due to the expectations of site admins.

    The markup for showing avatar/username/display is not very consistent. So, appending a sign will work for some and not work for others.

    At the moment, we don’t think writing a plugin like this is worth the support time it will need. Our current focus is to create more functional plugins that needs little or no support and this plugin does not align with that.

    I will suggest looking into BuddyVerified.
