    Hello Ravi,

    1. I’ve tested and it does not upload the media to the directory
    – I’ve also re-tested on profile page, checked on the directory, and confirmed the media got uploaded there

    2. Not sure which plugins but here are the screenshot of all plugins on site (I also tried disabling some of them, but issue persists)
