Thank you Brajesh,
I am afraid we haven’t a staging site currently… Please could you check again, as your description doesn’t cover it. To recap:
We currently have the following structure of the affected Groups:
[site URL]/groups/song-chains/ (Song Chains)
|_ [site URL]/groups/song-chain-winter-23/ (Song Chain – Winter ’23)
|_[site_URL]/groups/winter23-group-1/ (David’s Chain)or in other words:
Song Chains > Song Chain – Winter ’23 > David’s Chain
where “Song Chains” is the Parent group, “Song Chain – Winter ’23” is a subgroup of that parent and “David’s Chain” is a subgroup of “Song Chain – Winter ’23”
The Subgroups “Song Chain – Winter ’23” and “David’s Chain” (a sub- sub- group) show up under the renamed (“Chain”) subgroups tab, which have also been set as the default tab (all via your plugin) and that’s when ‘/false’ gets added to the url:
Visiting
[site URL]/groups/song-chains/ “becomes” [site URL]/groups/song-chains/falseand visiting
|_ [site URL]/groups/song-chain-winter-23/ “becomes” [site URL]/groups/song-chain-winter-23/falseThis doesn’t happen anywhere else with no other tab renaming, addition or modification. It only happens in these two instances where I renamed the subgroup tabs to “Chain” and made them default as per the previous screenshots.
Please help. Thank you.
Hi Rajesh,
Unfortunately that doesn’t seem to have fixed the issue.
I updated the plugin and cleared the cache (WP Rocket) but still have exactly the same issue: Visiting the group profile for song-chains at ‘….com/groups/song-chains/’ gets me to ‘….com/groups/song-chains/false’ and visiting e.g. ‘….com/groups/song-chain-winter-23’ also gives: ‘….com/groups/song-chain-winter-23/false’.
So I am afraid the issue isn’t resolved. 🙁
