• Download the plugin
• Unzip it
• upload to wp-content/plugins directory
• login to Dashboard
• Dashboard->Network Admin->Plugins->Installed and activate the "BpDev Sitewide Admin Footer text"
• Now go to Network Admin->Settings-> at the bottom of the page you will see the text area to enter content, put the content and save.
• that's it.
