I did the updates to wp and buddy press and now I have some functionality that does not work:
1. cannot see activity stream for members
2. cannot see group activity
3. drop down submenus do not workI am also trying to understand which plugins I should install for a better user experience
Is there a plugin to make buddy press a membership site – my goal is not to hide content from different users, more to categorize different users in order to properly market to them – like a membermouse marketing membership plugin
Last and not least – Brajesh – can I hire you to support my site so I dont have to do it?

You are using Bp mag theme, right! I will have a minor update for it to make it work with BuddyPress 1.5. So, that will fix the first 3 issues.
For membership, you can give a try to S2Member plugin. Though It is not the best, It is good enough to get the membership site working.
For the last question, Currently, I am not available for the work but I am always happy to support our members at buddydev in anyway. If there are minor changes/any help in updating/managing site, I will be happy to help you and I do not charge for these.
