This page will give you information about  BuddyPress Better Experience admin settings.

1. User/Group Avatar: This setting enables site admin to enable/disable same page Profile and Group Photo change feature on frontend. If enabled, Site-users can upload his/her profile photo from any of his profile page and Group admin can change his/her group photo from any other group tab page.
2. User/Group Cover: This setting enables site admin to enable/disable same page Profile and Group Cover change feature on frontend. If enabled, Site-users  can upload his/her profile cover from any of his profile tab page and Group admin can change his/her group cover from any other group tab page.
