This section helps with understanding the usage of BuddyPress Deactivate Account plugin.

Plugin General Settings:-

1. Allow user to update account status:- If enabled, Site users can update their account status on its own.
2. Disable login for deactivated users:- If enabled, Site deactivated users are not allowed to log in to the site.
3. Disabled login message: Message to be shown when the deactivated user attempts to log in (Shown only if blocking is enabled).
4. Set account status to active on login: If enabled, User with deactivated account status once log in his/her account status set to active.
5. Logout user on deactivation: If enabled, User set his/her account status deactivated, He/She will be log out from the site.
6. Redirect URL on deactivation: Url to which user will be redirected when the user set his/her account status deactivate.

Admin email settings:-

1. Notify admin email addresses: Comma separated email addresses on which admin emails will be sent.
2. Notify admin on activation: If enabled, Admin will be notified when any site users account activated.
3. Activation email subject: Email subject to be sent on account activation regarding emails.
4. Activation email content: Email content for admin for account activation.
5. Notify admin on deactivation: If enabled, Admin will be notified when any site users account deactivated.
6. Deactivation email subject: Email subject to be sent on account deactivation regarding emails.
7. Deactivation email content: Email content for admin for account deactivation.

User email settings:-

1. Notify on activation: If enabled, User will be notified whose account will activate.
2. Activation email subject: Email subject to be sent on account activation regarding emails.
3. Activation email content: Email content for the user whose account will activate.
4. Notify on deactivation: If enabled, User will be notified whose account will deactivate.
5. Deactivation email subject: Email subject to be sent on account deactivation regarding emails.
6. Deactivation email content: Email content for the user whose account will deactivate.

Front End Account status settings:-

A user can change their account status from their BuddyPress Profile->Settings->Account status as shown below.

If admin bar is active, the account status menu link is available under BuddyPress Profile->settings menu as shown below

Also, a site administrator can mark a user active/deactivated by visiting their profile as shown above or in the admin dashboard they can visit Users->All User and click on edit. After click on “Profile” tab and account status meta box will be visible as shown below:-
