• Is it multisite or non multisite installation?
• If multisite, is it subdomain or category style?
• Are you using BuddyPress?
• Which version of BuddyPress you Are using?
• Which theme are you using? please mention the version and any other relevant details.
• Please provide the name, version of plugin/theme you are having trouble
• Is it a browser specific issue? If yes, which browsers?
• Please provide the list of active plugin you are using
• Any other details?
• Please provide the steps to re create the issue.
