I installed Cosmic Buddy theme and it’s none functioning, can you please confirm if there is a working vision of this theme.

Thank you for asking. The cosmic Buddy Theme is not compatible with BuddyPress 1.8+. I have updated some part of it this week and plan to finish it in the coming week( May take me 5-6 days).
