#1- creat capache system
#2 – set 1 to 20 activities to every one a day
#3 human question every 5 activity
#4 more than 20 activties in 20 minuts the system make auto block for 3 hours

#5 if mouse hover ( working ) it updates that user is active and make it cheecking every 10 minuts if it’s not so this user is cheating and spamming
#6 active the requestered user after 3 hours after they join ..
hover update make as a random and make div call it
