- Download the plugin
- Unzip it
- Upload rescue-me-from-groups to wp-content/plugins directory
- Login to WordPress backend as Site administrator(Super Admin)
- Go to Plugins->Installed and activate “Rescue me from groups”
- That’s it
- Alternatively, use the Plugins->Add new , and upload the zip file.
