• Download the plugin
• Unzip it
• Upload rescue-me-from-groups to wp-content/plugins directory
• Login to WordPress  backend as Site administrator(Super Admin)
• Go to Plugins->Installed and activate “Rescue me from groups”
• That’s it
• Alternatively, use the Plugins->Add new , and upload the zip file.
