Hi there, I’m using Member Type Pro, and I wonder why members types registred don’t match up with member type found?
eg. Women 22, found 13, Men 12, found 6.

Thank you

Hi Carsten,
The counts seems to be for all users while the list shows only Active Users(who logged into the site). Please try using “Alphabetical” filter and see if the counts match?

BrajeshHi Brajesh, ahh, I know what you mean now, I had the subnav-filters hided ;-).
same result with the Alphabetical filter.

CarstenHi Carsten,
Thank you.
Are you using any plugin or code that affects the members listing/visibility ?Regards
BrajeshHi Carsten,
I don’t see BP search affecting it.Can you please temporarily disable the Member Types Pro and check your counts are reverted to correct one?

BrajeshHi Carsten,
Thank you.Can you please disable the bp-custom.php and change your theme to default WordPress one. We need to pinpoint what is causing it to fix it.
My assumption is it is probably not active users or cache if it is not caused by code/plugins.

Brajesh
