How can I use my recipe block into BuddyBlog Pro?

    I use WP Recipe https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-recipe-maker/ and https://bootstrapped.ventures/wp-recipe-maker/

My front end posting use the menu editor. But I see that the WP Blocks are not supported yet.

I believe that I could just use the WP blog editor and the WP recipe block. But how can I do that with BuddyBlog Pro?

I tested the Zip Recipes plugin too. Same story. They use WP blocks.

Any tips on how to allow front end publishing with BuddyBlog Pro would be appreciated.

    Hi Renaat,
    Thank you for the questions.

At the moment, there is no standard API offered by WordPress to allow us use the Gutenberg editor in plugins. That’s why we do not provide block editor support on front end.

I am not sure why the recipe plugins are not supporting classic editors and only blocks. Please contact their author and ask if the classic editor support was available earlier and dropped in recent releases?

    Regards
    Brajesh
